The firm is seeking a talented and experienced Media and Tech Associate with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media and technology law, with a proven track record of handling complex legal matters in these sectors.

Your new role

1. Advising clients on a wide range of media and technology-related legal issues.
2. Drafting and negotiating contracts, distribution agreements, and technology transfer agreements.
3. Providing strategic legal counsel on intellectual property, data protection, and privacy matters.
4. Representing clients in disputes and litigation related to media and technology law.
5. Keeping abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice.

What you\’ll need to succeed

1. Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 4+ years of PQE in media and technology law (guidelines only)
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
