Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Technician

Pay Range: up to £46,500 plus excellent package

Contract Type: Permanent

We are recruiting for a global manufacturer seeking a hands-on, mechanically biased engineer to maintain a production site that produces industry-leading products. This site processes and packs thousands of units daily, offering a chance to join a growing, world-class manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment using appropriate tools safely.
• Examine machinery and equipment, report on their condition and performance, and plan improvements. You will have the autonomy to lead and implement improvements.
• Perform planned and preventive maintenance according to schedules.
• Maintain the site to world-class standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• ONC in Mechanical Engineering
• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, maintenance, or similar manufacturing field
• Or equivalent qualification in electrical or mechanical fields, preferably with manufacturing experience
