Job Description:

TSA Surveying is partnering with a building services consultancy to recruit several M&E surveyors for a project involving surveys of residential blocks in and around London.

The project requires conducting collection and condition surveys of mechanical and electrical assets in non-residential areas such as plant rooms and communal spaces. The role is expected to commence in late May, with an estimated duration of 2 years.

We seek qualified M&E Asset Surveyors or individuals with prior experience in MEP services, whether from an FM provider, consultancy, or directly for a building owner. Responsibilities include performing room-by-room condition surveys, verification, and lifecycle assessments. Data collection will be performed on tablet devices using the company\’s in-house software.
