Role: We are seeking a Event Strategist to shape and execute B2B marketing and event marketing strategies aimed at lead generation. The role involves developing comprehensive plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging insights and data to drive decisions, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic B2B marketing and event plans aligned with client goals.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
- Client Collaboration: Understand client needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Campaign Planning: Develop detailed campaign plans including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Topic and Theme Creation: Develop relevant topics and themes for marketing and events.
- Customer Persona Development: Understand target audiences to create resonant campaigns.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams on campaign and event creation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across marketing, account management, business development, and data teams.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content supporting lead generation.
- Agility and Responsiveness: Adjust strategies based on campaign performance.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on campaign results and strategic insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a strategic B2B marketing role, preferably with event marketing focus.
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
