About the Role This is more than just a marketing role, it\’s a chance to shape the new branding of our company. You’ll create and lead the execution of marketing campaigns, elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. You’ll collaborate across teams, from Sales to Product, to bring consistent, compelling messaging to life across digital and traditional platforms. Success in this role means: Enjoying being creative in creating a new brand identity Delivering engaging content and campaigns that inspire and convert Optimizing digital channels for growth and visibility Ensuring all marketing reflects our brand, values, and voice Being proactive, enthusiastic, and agile in a fast-moving environment Key Responsibilities Design and execute marketing strategies that support lead generation and brand growth Conduct market and competitor research to shape positioning and messaging Create high-impact content for social media, blogs, websites, and marketing collateral Manage and grow company social media channels, ensuring strong engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals Optimize the website and digital presence, implementing SEO strategies Plan and support trade shows, events, and promotional activities Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and corporate identity Draft and distribute press releases and product updates Report on campaign performance, offering insights and areas for improvement What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Familiarity with marketing/design tools and data analytics platforms Degree-level education or equivalent experience (Marketing or Business preferred) Bonus: Experience with accessibility, self-service technology, or marketing to specialist markets What’s in it for You?
