Location: Surrey (Hybrid - 1-2 days in office)

We're hiring a high-impact Marketing Project Manager to join one of the UK's most recognisable FMCG businesses. You'll play a crucial role within the UK marketing team, working across innovation, go-to-market strategy, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of marketing projects from initial brief to execution
  • Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to keep everything on track
  • Collaborating with teams across design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and commercial
  • Reporting on key milestones and KPIs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
  • Identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth project progression
  • Maintaining brand consistency and ensuring high-quality outputs
  • Prioritising cross-brand projects and coordinating stakeholders

Skills Needed:

  • 5+ years' project management experience, including at least 3 in marketing or innovation roles
  • Proven FMCG background
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills; comfortable presenting to senior teams
  • Resilient under pressure, capable of juggling priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Confident in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
  • Highly organised, delivery-focused, and proactive
