The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will build relationships with content creators, both current and prospective. Your responsibilities include engaging with our audience and developing partnerships that address their unique challenges. You will develop cost-effective marketing strategies through brand integrations, sponsored posts, testimonials, and referral programs. Using your expertise in creator relations and data-driven decision-making, you will deliver measurable results via innovative partnerships, referral initiatives, and marketing campaigns that foster a thriving community.
Requirements for the Successful Candidate
- Experience in a Marketing Manager or Community Manager role
- Must have experience with influencer marketing, partnership development, or creator relations
- Exceptional influencing, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Hands-on experience managing online communities
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Proven track record of securing favorable partnership terms
Salary : Up to £60,000 plus benefits
Location : Hybrid, 2 days in London HQ
