The Marketing Coordinator will work with Marketing Managers to support the management of marketing projects, focusing on coordination, project management, and financials.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Budget management and tracking
- Purchase order creation and management using SAP system
- Invoice processing and management
- Support marketing and sales managers with ad-hoc requests and workflows on content management systems (Veeva PromoMats and Vault)
- Support on marketing campaigns and projects as needed
- Manage the annual UK external conference plan
Requirements:
