Management, marketing & social media assistant to join a music company in London. The ideal candidate will combine creative flair with exceptional organisational skills, digital acumen, and a passion for electronic music. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and digital strategy for a small but influential roster of artists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Artist Management & Communication: You will be the main point of contact for clients, checking in daily and handling requests promptly. You will be in regular contact with artists via WhatsApp.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Develop, execute, and report on social media strategies tailored for each artist. Design engaging digital content, including graphics and short-form videos. Shoot and edit content pieces across various formats (e.g., iPhone). Manage and optimise social media accounts.
- Project & Campaign Management: Help plan and implement client projects, including global music releases, brand partnerships, and international tours. Execute digital initiatives and innovative ideas.
- Community Management: Oversee community engagement across platforms. Work with artists to optimise social media platform use.
About You:
- Experience in artist management, social media, or creative marketing roles.
- Previous music industry experience is preferred but not essential.
