The Role
This is a hands-on and strategic Marketing Analytics Lead position within a growing analytics function. You’ll own marketing attribution, lead brand performance analysis, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making. You’ll manage and mentor a small team while remaining technically hands-on with SQL and campaign measurement. Expect visibility across the C-suite and the opportunity to shape marketing analytics for a global digital-first brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise multi-channel marketing attribution models (digital and brand campaigns)
- Lead marketing analytics projects from design to execution, including brand lift and incrementality studies
- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and external agencies on campaign performance analysis
- Develop self-serve analytics capabilities through SQL-based tools and dashboards
- Manage and mentor 1–2 analysts while contributing hands-on to high-impact analysis
- Work closely with data engineering teams to support ongoing improvements in data structure and pipelines
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in marketing analytics across digital and brand channels
- Strong hands-on ability with SQL; experience with attribution and incrementality testing
- Confident working with marketing stakeholders and presenting insights at a senior level
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Supermetrics, GA4, Mode)
- Previous experience leading or mentoring analysts
- Experience with data warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift, BigQuery)
- Experience working with CRM tools like Braze
- Familiarity with MMM, econometrics, or brand lift studies
- Background in a fast-scaling digital product or membership-based platform
