I'm working with a global healthcare leader to recruit a Value & Access Manager to join their UK Market Access team. This is a strategic, cross-functional role responsible for executing payer strategies, ensuring national access targets are met, and supporting the successful launch of products across the portfolio. You’ll collaborate with internal teams across medical, HEOR, pricing, public affairs, and the franchise business units, playing a key role in access planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver the Market Access plan for assigned therapy area(s)
  • Develop and coordinate access strategies to support successful product launches
  • Deliver impactful tools and resources for the field-based Market Access teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS England, payers, and key decision-makers
  • Act as a core business partner across HEOR, pricing, and commercial functions

  • Proven experience in Market Access with strong NHS knowledge
