Management Accountant – up to £48k

3 days in the office near Heathrow. 2 from home.

We are exclusively working with an incredibly cool, high-end, super-fast growth concierge business, based in modern offices near Heathrow Airport .

The world leaders in their industry and decades ahead, our client is experiencing rapid growth and needs to expand their finance team.

As Management Accountant, you will support the Finance Manager and CFO in developing a top-tier Finance function. Your responsibilities include producing robust monthly management accounts, posting accruals and prepayments, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and coaching junior staff.

Duties include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Commission calculations
• Consolidated invoicing and sales reconciliations
• Supervision and delegation of tasks to team members

To qualify for the role, you must have:

– Ability to troubleshoot, apply knowledge, and approach problems with a fresh perspective.

– Ability to interact well with people at all levels within the business.

We would consider candidates who are part qualified or qualified by experience.
