Maintenance Supervisor

The Mechanical Supervisor is a key role within the Maintenance team, supporting the safe operation of assets, plant productivity, and reliability. As the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will: Report directly to the Maintenance Manager and oversee Mechanical Maintenance Technicians and Shift Maintenance Technicians. Be responsible for all mechanical maintenance tasks, ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance, including industry standards such as ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, and cGMP. Work closely with operations to meet customer quality requirements and prevent cross-contamination. Manage Mechanical Maintenance activities, including breakdowns, preventive maintenance, compliance work, and defect resolution, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation in the CMMS system. Supervise the Mechanical Maintenance team, allocate work, review work packs, and ensure RAMS are adequate. Coordinate with the Planning & Scheduling team and Site Engineers to improve plant reliability. Contribute to root cause analyses and continuous improvement activities. Promote a positive SHEQ culture, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are maintained during all maintenance activities.
