Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on luxury watch brands, models, and features
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering personalized and memorable experiences
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect watch based on their needs, preferences, and lifestyle
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new collections, trends, and innovations
