We are working with a luxury independent womenswear boutique based in South West London known for its warm, customer-first approach and beautifully curated product range. As they continue to deliver exceptional service to a loyal and growing clientele, they are now looking for a Sales Associate to join their friendly, close-knit team.

Suitable candidates must be immediately available. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a shop-floor environment, loves building rapport with customers, and is genuinely passionate about sales and retail. The role offers flexibility on working days, but must include either Saturday or Sunday each week.

The Role:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming in-store atmosphere.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and drive sales.
  • Confidently assist with styling advice and product recommendations.
  • Support with day-to-day operations including merchandising, stock management, and maintaining store standards.
  • Take initiative on the shop floor and contribute to a positive team culture.
The Candidate:
  • Previous experience in luxury/boutique roles - specialising in womenswear.
  • Warm, personable, and confident with a natural flair for selling.
  • Passionate about retail and enjoys being part of a hands-on, collaborative team.
  • Flexible availability, including at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
The Offer:

£14 per hour
1.5% commission on net sales after probation
