As Pretty Lavish grows, we are seeking a passionate, hardworking, and humble individual to join our Operations & Logistics team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain insight into the supply chain, a vital part of our business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Creating packing lists and commercial invoices for wholesale partners to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
2. Reviewing shipping documentation from suppliers for compliance.
3. Ordering labels for wholesale partners to meet compliance guidelines.
4. Assisting the Logistics Executive with moving goods from international factories and shipping to wholesale partners like Selfridges & ASOS.
5. Supporting ASOS admin tasks such as barcodes, ASNs, booking follow-ups, and delivery notes.
6. Arranging DHL shipments for samples between HQ and international factories.
7. Completing ASOS commercial invoices for shipments in transit.
8. Raising 3PL purchase orders for inbound shipments.
9. Updating Zedonk system with ex-factory dates for reporting.
10. Ensuring commodity codes comply with government regulations.
11. Arranging stock collections and deliveries with 3PL and Head Office.
12. Performing ad-hoc Operations & Logistics tasks as needed.
