Locum Band 6 Occupational Therapist – Community Rehab (Southwark)

We’re working with a fantastic Intermediate Care Team in Southwark who are looking for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join them on a locum basis this summer.

If you’re passionate about community rehab and reablement, confident working independently in clients’ homes, and love being part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team — this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a caseload of complex patients
• Carrying out OT assessments in clients’ homes
• Setting personalised rehab goals and treatment plans
• Collaborating with a caring and ambitious team

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in community-based OT
• A proactive, patient-centred approach
• Full compliance (NI, DBS, Certificate of Fitness)
• Available for the full contract duration
