Loan Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their dynamic Loans Operations team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support their global loan investment teams by processing loan facilities throughout the entire lifecycle, from settlement to final closure. Responsibilities: Capture and process critical lifecycle events such as rollovers, paydowns, drawdowns, and interest payments, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Manage loan trade settlements, ensuring all activities are completed within established timelines. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between agent notices and internal records. Proactively address reconciliation breaks related to custody and agent cash postings. Operate within the company\’s operational risk framework, identifying potential process improvements and new controls. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain trade flow connectivity for STP. Qualifications: Proven experience in loan servicing and trade processing. Understanding of lifecycle events in loan management. Experience with WSO/Markit systems is a plus. Knowledge of the CLO lifecycle is beneficial but not essential. Please note: The role requires the individual to be in the office five days per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
