Applications will be considered by Solicitors and Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 years PQE. You will be working within the Litigation department focusing on the area of Insolvency law preferably with experience in acting for both Insolvency Practitioners and Directors and acting for a mix of both Claimant and Defendants from instruction to conclusion of the dispute. As an Insolvency Solicitor you will: Handle and maintain your own caseload with guidance from Senior Lawyers with an emphasis on contentious insolvency Display excellent file management skills to meet the needs of the business Advise clients on funding options Advise clients on procedure and alternative dispute resolution processes.
