Job Opportunity: Systems Engineer

A globally recognised independent trading business focusing on low latency algorithmic trading is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their London-based infrastructure team. The role involves enhancing and maintaining their bespoke trading platform and related trading engines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure within the company\’s offices and exchange colocation environments, collaborating with a global team to ensure optimal trading functionality.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Solid experience with RHEL derivatives, BIOS/Kernel tuning, and optimizations for ultra-low latency trading.
2. Strong networking experience in a Linux environment.
3. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Bash, Python, Ruby, etc.
4. Exposure to Cloud technologies.
