About the Role

We’re looking for a bright, super-organised, and people-savvy Office Coordinator to support our dynamic lettings team (with a bit of sales thrown in too). If you’re ready to learn fast, work hard, and have fun along the way – you’re in the right place.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily operations for the lettings team and assisting sales when needed
• Managing property listings, key handling, compliance, and viewing bookings
• Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Keeping the office running smoothly and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Helping the team smash targets and deliver top-tier service
• Being a go-to support for the whole team – from admin to customer care

Qualifications

• A recent graduate or early-career go-getter with bags of energy

Required Skills

• Confident, professional, and great at juggling tasks and timelines
• A team player who loves solving problems and keeping things organised
• Eager to learn about lettings, sales, and the property world in general
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven, and fun environment
