Legal PA

Scotland (remote working is available)

Iconic Resourcing are working with a highly regarded legal firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Legal PA to support their busy property team based in Glasgow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a forward-thinking firm that places real value on its people – not just its lawyers. You\’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative environment where personal and professional development is genuinely encouraged.

The role will involve:

• Providing day-to-day support to a group of fee earners
• Managing diaries, travel, and meeting arrangements
• Handling billing processes and general administrative tasks
• Playing a key role in keeping the team running smoothly

What they\’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Legal PA (ideally within property or construction, though this isn’t essential)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A team-oriented approach and a proactive mindset
• Someone who enjoys working in a busy, professional environment
