We are looking for a skilled transactional lawyer for a dynamic in-house role at a top international bank. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge financial products and exceptional training and development opportunities for lawyers from all transactional backgrounds.
Role Overview: We are seeking a Transactional Lawyer to join the legal team of a leading global bank. In this role, you will work across a wide range of transactions, including Master Services Agreements, Outsourcing Agreements, Framework Agreements, Heads of Terms, Settlement Letters, NDAs, Exit Agreements, Licensing Agreements, and Intragroup Agreements. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with financial products that are not commonly seen in private practice, offering an outstanding platform for professional growth.
Experience: Ideally 8-12 years PQE, with some flexibility for the right candidate. Strong experience in transactional law, with backgrounds from different practice areas welcomed. Ideally, some experience with funds or an interest in expanding into this area. A proactive, commercially minded approach to legal problem-solving. Strong negotiation and drafting skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and high-performing team.
