Leading global bank seeking a Legal Counsel to support and advise on Margin Services, Liquidity, and Securities Financing solutions for buy-side clients. The role can be based in London or Manchester.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing legal coverage and advisory for Margin Services, Liquidity, and Securities Financing solutions
- Supporting strategic business initiatives
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients and third parties
- Advising on the development and deployment of new products and change programs in line with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitoring relevant legal and regulatory developments to manage risks effectively
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified lawyer with experience from a leading law firm or financial institution
- Knowledge of liquidity, custody, collateral, execution services, and securities finance products
