Immediate opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a fast-paced team on an initial 6-12 month FTC with view to perm. Hybrid working, central London location.

Experience in real estate, commercial property and leasing agreements would be advantageous.

Working closely with senior management you will be responsible for:

  • drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
  • services and supply contracts
  • advising on marketing and IP matters
  • data privacy
  • real estate and property transactional support
  • instructing external counsel
  • assisting in supervising junior lawyers

You will be 3+ years PQE as a guide with experience in either a law firm or in-house as a commercial lawyer. A proactive and commercial approach is key to your continued success in this role.
