Job Description:

Simmons & Hanbury have been instructed by one of the world\’s leading publishing groups to hire a Legal Counsel (12 month FTC) into their top-tier legal team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal assistance on a broad range of commercial, IP, and licensing agreements across the group.
• Work closely with business advisors, providing legal advice to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the success and development of the General Counsel\’s office at the group level.

Candidate Requirements:

4+ years PQE, trained at a leading UK/US law firm OR in-house, European qualified lawyer with a strong academic record, experience in contract drafting and negotiation, and advising on privacy/GDPR topics. Please contact (emailprotected) for more information.
