Job Description:

One Ten Associates is partnering with a leading law firm seeking to hire an Associate/Senior Associate to join their Finance practice in London.

The finance practice provides legal advice across various financing areas, including fund finance, real estate finance, structured finance, CLOs, asset finance, and restructuring.

We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate level lawyer with experience in a law firm\’s finance practice. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years PQE for an Associate and 5-7 years PQE for a Senior Associate.

The candidate must have experience providing legal advice under offshore law, specifically in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, or Ireland.
