L&D Consultant – Professional Services Agency Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)
The Company
My client is an established professional services recruitment agency/consultancy business, focusing on supporting businesses to find experts within multiple industries globally. They are looking to hire a third person to join their Manchester team and work with a cohort across the business to develop consultants from rookies to team leads. The Role
As an L&D Consultant, you will:
- Design and deliver L&D solutions across multiple channels including classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, live call coaching.
- Handle training administration, planning, coordination with management, and training needs analysis for the wider business.
- Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on the progress of consultants and employees during training sessions.
- Support the Talent Attraction team with onboarding new employees, providing proactive feedback to maximize retention and reduce churn.
- Manage the end-to-end process of training programs and analyze/report on their effectiveness.
What we are looking for
The successful candidate will be a recruiter with at least 3+ years of experience, demonstrating success through billings/promotions within a business. This person will have experience in mentoring or training, with exposure to coaching both groups and individuals. Must have experience as a 360 recruiter or extensive experience training consultants in Business Development.
