Job Description: Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant – Professional Services Agency
Location: Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

My client is an established professional services recruitment agency focusing on supporting businesses worldwide to find industry experts. They are seeking to hire a third team member in Manchester to develop consultants from entry-level to team leads. This role is ideal for a recruiter passionate about mentorship, learning, and development, viewing L&D as a natural career progression.

The Role
As an L&D Consultant, you will:
- Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 1-to-1 coaching, and live call coaching
- Coordinate training administration, planning, and needs analysis with management
- Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress
- Assist the Talent Attraction team with onboarding, providing feedback to improve retention
- Manage training programs end-to-end, including analysis and reporting on success
What We Are Looking For
- A recruiter with over 3 years of experience demonstrating success through billings or promotions
- Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching groups and individuals
- Background as a 360 recruiter or extensive experience training consultants in Business Development
