Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Location: Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

My client is an established professional services recruitment agency/consultancy focusing on supporting businesses globally to find experts across multiple industries.

They are looking to hire a third team member in Manchester to develop consultants from entry-level to team leads.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter passionate about mentorship, learning, and development, viewing L&D as a natural progression.

The Role:

As an L&D Consultant, your responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching
• Managing training administration, planning, and coordination with management, including needs analysis
• Providing verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress
• Supporting onboarding processes with proactive feedback to improve retention
• Overseeing training programs, analyzing, and reporting on their effectiveness

What we are looking for:

• A recruiter with 3+ years of successful billings/promotions
• Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching groups and individuals
• Background as a 360 recruiter or extensive experience training consultants in Business Development
