They are looking to hire a third person to join their Manchester team and work with a cohort across the business to develop consultants from rookies to team leads. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter passionate about mentorship, learning, and development, and sees L&D as a next step. The Role Design and deliver L&D solutions across multiple channels including classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching. Manage training administration, planning, and coordination with the management team, including training needs analysis. Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on the progress of trainees during sessions. Support onboarding of new employees with proactive feedback to maximize retention and reduce churn. Manage end-to-end training programs, including analysis and reporting to evaluate success. What We Are Looking For A recruiter with at least 3+ years of experience demonstrating success through billings or promotions. Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching both groups and individuals. Extensive experience as a 360 recruiter or in training consultants in Business Development.
