In this role, you will play a key part in driving our growth by identifying and engaging with prospective clients and leading strategic business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients & partners through various channels, including LinkedIn, online databases, and B2B sales platforms. Sales Outreach: Create and execute targeted email sequences using sales automation tools to engage prospective clients. Client Meetings: Schedule and participate in meetings with prospective clients, taking detailed notes and managing follow-up actions. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform our business development strategy. Collaboration: Work closely with both the sales and marketing team, providing administrative support and contributing to strategy discussions. What We’re Looking For: Recent Graduate: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not essential depending on experience). Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients. Proactive & Organised: Self-starter who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. The Role: Hybrid work, this role will be primarily remote, with regular opportunities for training and collaboration in office.
