Lawyer - Legal & Compliance

An international law firm is seeking an In-House Lawyer to join their London team. Support supplier onboarding and contract negotiations, reviewing supplier due diligence and commercial terms. # Advise on legal tech contracts and innovation initiatives involving third-party tools and platforms. # Supervise junior team members involved in commercial contracting and compliance matters. # Assist with internal legal training, including induction programs for new hires. Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE. Strong experience in commercial contracts. Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and explaining legal issues to non-lawyers. Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
