I\’m currently working with a leading house builder as they search for a Land Acquisition Manager to join their team based in Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire. You should have experience with high-volume house building and a history of working on large projects and land bids. You would have negotiated land deals and possess excellent knowledge of the East Yorkshire region. Ideally, 4+ years post-graduation with ambition to progress. You will work closely with internal and external consultants to manage projects through the development lifecycle. Responsibilities Sourcing off-market land for purchase in East Yorkshire Maintaining contact with housing associations for partnership JV’s Negotiating with landowners and agents of potential purchases Overseeing legal, planning, and design consultants pre- and post-acquisition Staying updated with town planning policies in targeted areas Expected experiences Degree-qualified, preferably in property or related field Proven track record of completing 3-4 land deals annually Experience as a senior land manager or ready to step up Track record of sourcing land in East Yorkshire Current employment with a national residential developer, investor, or agency Understanding of planning application and appeal processes Strong contacts in the land agency sector Determined, ambitious, and autonomous #J-18808-Ljbffr
