I\’m currently working with a leading house builder as they search for a land manager to join their team based in the North West. You will ideally come from another high volume house builder and have a history of working on big projects and tendering land bids. You would have closed deals and have excellent knowledge of the Lancashire, Chester, Cumbria & Merseyside regions. Ideally 4+ years post-graduation and with an ambition to progress. You will work closely with internal and external consultants to successfully manage projects through the development lifecycle. Responsibilities Sourcing off-market land for purchase in the North West Maintaining contact with housing associations looking to do partnership JV’s Liaising and negotiating with landowners and agents of potential purchases Overseeing legal, planning, and design consultants pre and post-acquisition Keeping up to date with town planning policy, especially in key areas you are targeting for letter writing Expected experiences Degree-qualified, ideally in property or related field Proven deal maker, completing 3-4 land deals annually Experienced senior land manager or land manager ready to advance Track record of sourcing and acquiring land in the North West Current employment with a national residential developer, high-profile investor, or agency Detailed understanding of planning applications and appeals process Strong network in the land agency sector Determined, hungry, and ambitious Ability to work autonomously and independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
