Maintain laboratory equipment. Develop and update laboratory testing methods and SOPs. Manage testing methodology in the laboratory. Validate analytical procedures. Manage and order laboratory consumables. Supervise transfer of NPD physical parameter results from NPD to Technical. Follow testing protocols for samples\’ end-of-life and testing. Oversee external laboratory testing requests. Handle out-of-specification results and corrections. Ensure staff competency and training. Create templates for documentation.
