We are expanding our Workplace Strategy team and are looking for a Junior Workplace Strategist to join us. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our leading team, creating innovative, functional, and people-centric workplace environments. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and develop expertise in workplace strategy. You will gain hands-on experience in workplace research, space planning, needs assessments, and client projects while enhancing your analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. If you enjoy business mechanics, data manipulation, and analysis from a wellbeing and psychological perspective, this could be the role for you. Previous experience in a design practice is not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in workplace strategy projects through research, data collection, engagement, and benchmarking analysis.
- Support the creation of engagement content, presentations, and reports.
- Participate in space planning and workplace layout strategies alongside designers and senior colleagues.
- Research industry trends, emerging workplace strategies, and best practices.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Degree in Business, Workplace Strategy, Organizational Psychology, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
- Experience in workplace strategy or a transferable role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including numerical and statistical analysis.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Knowledge of workplace technology and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, or similar software) is a plus.
- Interest in generative AI, experience design, workplace design, employee experience, and strategic planning.
