Our Training: Our dedicated Learning & Development team will work with you from day one and will support you through classroom training, coaching, and mentoring throughout your career at TEKsystems. As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will be enrolled in our training programme ‘The Academy’, which will fast-track your career and equip you with the necessary tools to develop and exceed expectations. All new starters participate in a structured 12-month training programme covering sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, developing business, building client relationships, negotiating, and overcoming challenges. You will be partnered with a mentor for ongoing career development and coaching.

Core responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand their recruitment needs and build relationships.
  • Meet with potential and existing clients to learn about their business, culture, and recruitment needs.
  • Adopt Allegis Group values, ethos, and standards, and be an ambassador for the group.
  • Learn Allegis Group’s recruitment practices and sales methodology.

Skills/Experience: You should be passionate about being the best, willing to go above and beyond, and able to build strong relationships based on loyalty and trust.
