You’ll be working on AI problems where fresh thinking and outside-the-box creativity are as important as technical skill. We’re not just looking for coders — we want original thinkers who are curious, analytical, and confident enough to challenge assumptions, but who also thrive in quiet focus and collaborative dialogue. You\’re likely neither highly introverted nor the loudest in the room — just sharp, engaged, and grounded.
