What You’ll Be Doing Writing compelling sales copy for videos, emails, advertorials, and more Acquiring customers through digital channels including native ads, Facebook, and YouTube Executing strategic and copy-related tasks to drive brand growth and customer retention What We’re Looking For Exceptional writing with warmth, clarity, impact, and empathy Outside-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills Remarkable research abilities to unearth compelling ideas A hunger to learn and pursue excellence Understanding of people’s demographic traits, buying habits, and psychology Strong instincts and intuition, learning from successes and failures Extreme ownership of projects Next Steps Potential online interview if your application moves forward Short writing task if selected 8-week training program with a 2-month probationary period Work with experienced copywriters Opportunities for personal and professional development, pay increases, and brand options Regular in-person events for social culture and work-life balance 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays Please note: a full-time offer is only made after passing the training period.
