We are hiring a Junior Copywriter who has excellent, demonstrable writing skills, innovative ideas, insatiable curiosity, and storytelling ability. You should be persuasive, ambitious, and unafraid to make mistakes. What You’ll Be Doing Writing compelling sales copy for videos, emails, advertorials, and more Acquiring customers through digital channels like native advertising, Facebook, and YouTube Executing strategic and copy-related tasks to drive brand growth and customer retention What We’re Looking For Exceptional writing with warmth, clarity, impact, and empathy Outside-the-box thinking and independent problem-solving Remarkable research skills to uncover compelling stories and ideas A hunger to learn and pursue excellence Understanding of people’s demographics, buying habits, and psychological traits Strong instincts, learning from successes and failures Extreme ownership of projects Next Steps If selected, you will be invited to a short online interview and a writing task 8-week training program with a 2-month probationary period Work with experienced copywriters and access professional development resources Opportunities for pay increases, brand options, and in-person events 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays Note: Full-time employment is contingent upon passing the training period.
