Social network you want to login/join with: Our client, a FinTech Start-Up, is now looking to add another Senior Software Engineer to its Notts-based squad of Engineers. This role is suitable for an autonomous worker, that also wants to be in and around an office on a Hybrid basis (2/3 days a week). 20 minutes from Nottingham, Derby, and 30 from Leicester – it\’s well situated for anyone who is looking for a new role in the area. Location: East Midlands (near Nottingham and Derby) Remote Working – Hybrid – 2 days in the office Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience building production-ready systems Exposure to back end technologies such as Python, C# etc. Experience w. front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular) Solid understanding of data management (relational & NoSQL databases) Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to advocate for ideas while considering others\’ perspectives Focus on user-centered design principles (usability & UX) Adherence to clean coding practices (readability, maintainability, continuous improvement) Ability to navigate complex systems and understand their interactions Experience with industry-standard software development practices (testing, code reviews, immutability) If you deem yourself suitable, please do apply and we will be in touch to discuss the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
