Job Description:

French Selection UK is seeking an Italian speaking Travel Operations Executive based in North London with hybrid working options. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients and groups traveling throughout the UK & Ireland, handling inbound communications, negotiating supplier rates, and attending trade fairs and familiarisation trips.

Main Duties:

• Providing high-level customer service to customers
• Handling inbound communications and responding promptly
• Collaborating with internal departments for efficient business operations
• Gaining knowledge of holiday group requirements and offers
• Negotiating supplier rates for best prices
• Attending industry events as directed

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent command of English and full fluency in Italian
• Experience with tour operators or related service providers
• Good knowledge of UK tourism products and destinations
• Positive, confident, and dynamic personality with problem-solving skills
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and IT literate

Salary: Up to £32,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
