Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Field Services Engineer to join our team! We are a London-based MSP with clients from various industries.
The Field Services Engineer will provide desktop support, responding to Level 1 and 2 service tickets. You will collaborate with our team and escalate issues as needed, as well as contact third-party vendors for warranty repairs.
This role is based at a client site in Battersea, London, with monthly travel to regional sites in Evesham and Worcester. Travel involves two days per month, with expenses reimbursed for travel and accommodation arranged by us.

Responsibilities include:
- Resolving Level 1 and 2 support cases related to end-user issues, infrastructure, and project tasks
- Managing customer expectations during troubleshooting
- Resolving incidents such as Mail Application/Office 365 issues, connectivity problems, VIP incidents, file restores, remote access issues, password resets
- Performing system maintenance like patching, upgrades, and critical updates
- Managing Active Directory (Entra ID), including user management, password resets, Group Policy, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Using support tools like RMM and InTune for device management
Who you are:
Excellent communicator with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users. Prioritization skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
