Job Role – IT Business Partner (Sales, Brand and FP&A)

Reporting to the Business Partnering Manager, the IT Business Partner will focus on driving strategic IT initiatives and projects that support business objectives. The role involves working closely with business leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to enhance performance and efficiency.

Duties – IT Business Partner (Sales, Brand and FP&A)

  • Act as the primary interface between IT and the business, ensuring alignment of IT initiatives with business goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company\’s business processes and needs.
  • Ensure the delivery of IT solutions that meet business requirements and add value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support the continuous improvement of business processes and IT systems.
  • Ensure business cases support project/work item goals for prioritization.
  • Attend key meetings to align IT and business demands.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Leadership to develop and implement solutions aligned with business strategies.
  • Analyze business problems and provide recommendations and IT solutions where required.
  • Ensure IT solutions meet business demand.
  • Work with IT professionals to deliver shared technology solutions.
  • Drive adoption strategies related to people, processes, and technology.
  • Ensure governance when utilizing third-party services.
  • Assist during Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes as needed.

Experience/Qualifications – IT Business Partner (Sales, Brand and FP&A)

  • Experience delivering SAP and information-based projects.
  • Strong skills in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
  • Experience in the Consumer Products industry.

Candidates currently working as Business Partners, Business Analysts, IT Analysts, Supply Chain Business Analysts, SAP Analysts, or System Analysts may be suitable for this role.
