The firm is renowned for its expertise in private markets, including real estate, and is committed to delivering exceptional investment solutions to institutional investors worldwide.
Role Overview: The Investor Relations Senior Associate will be a key member of the Real Estate team, responsible for servicing institutional investors across Europe. This role will focus exclusively on the firm\’s real estate funds, ensuring that investors receive top-tier service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a seamless investor experience.
- Fund Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports on fund performance, market trends, and investment strategies to investors.
- Client Servicing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials, presentations, and other investor communications.
- Event Coordination: Organise and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and events to promote the firm\’s real estate funds.
- Compliance: Ensure all investor communications and activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Must have prior experience working at another private markets manager, specifically covering real estate. This is a mandatory requirement.
- Education: Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and fund structures.
- Location: Based in London, with the ability to work in-office 5 days a week (some flexibility is allowed).
