Role Responsibilities
As an Investor Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading various aspects of the firm\’s fundraising and investor engagement efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Fundraising & Investor Management : Oversee end-to-end project management of fundraising processes, coordinate CRM for tracking investor interactions, and manage investor documentation.
- Investor Engagement & Coordination : Lead investor meetings and roadshows, handle investor due diligence processes, and maintain the data room.
- Research & Strategic Targeting : Conduct market research, identify prospective investors, and support proposals for specific RFPs.
- Investor Communications : Assist with quarterly reporting, portfolio updates, and drafting investor-facing documents.
- Marketing & Events : Contribute to annual Impact Reports, represent the firm at industry events, and support digital content creation.
Role Requirements
- A relevant degree in finance, communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in investor relations or fundraising withinin infrastructure asset management.
- Proven ability to manage complex fundraising and due diligence workflows.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, data rooms, and investor reporting platforms.
- A team player with excellent organisational and multitasking skills, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional languages, such as French, may be advantageous.
