This is a full lifecycle investment role with fantastic exposure across a top-tier business. Responsibilities: Maintain and build the businesses network and relationships with PE managers: participate in update meetings with existing and potential new PE fund manager relationships, and attend Annual General Meetings; Contribute to Due Diligence processes, including analysis of the strategy and track-record of Private Equity funds, detailed re-underwriting of portfolio companies, in-person due diligence meetings, reference calls, and legal negotiations; Produce investment memorandums and present recommendations to the businesses Investment Committee and client base; Get involved in the origination and initial evaluation of secondary and co-investment opportunities. Requirements: Degree from a top-tier university and an excellent academic track-record; 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience, ideally from a similar position in Alternative Asset Management / Private Equity Fund of Funds / Placement Agent. Prior experience in Investment Banking / Management Consulting is also valuable; Excellent analytical and financial skills; including financial modeling; Self-starter personality with ability to work well in a multi-cultural team; Excellent organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines; Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently and professionally with colleagues and senior industry professionals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
