Our client is a prestigious US law firm seeking an Investment Funds Associate to join their thriving office in London.

This is a great opportunity for a driven lawyer to join a collaborative team and work closely with a market-leading partner known for their cutting-edge work across credit funds, private equity, and other private capital vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advising fund sponsors and institutional investors on the formation and structuring of credit and other alternative investment funds.
2. Drafting and negotiating fund documentation, side letters, co-investments, and secondary transactions.
3. Supporting clients with fundraisings, investor negotiations, and ongoing fund management issues.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience from a comparable law firm.

Additional Information:

EU work permit required.
