We are now working with a very successful investment bank. They are looking to recruit an Analyst into their London Healthcare M&A team. The role will focus on:
- Working on the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and management buy-outs.
- Extensive interaction with clients and investors.
- Preparation of deal execution documents.
- Deal structuring.
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
