We are now working with a very successful investment bank. They are looking to recruit an Analyst into their London Healthcare M&A team. The role will focus on:

  • Working on the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and management buy-outs.
  • Extensive interaction with clients and investors.
  • Preparation of deal execution documents.
  • Deal structuring.

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

  • Background in investment banking, M&A or Big Four M&A/corporate finance advisory.
  • Healthcare sector experience is not essential for the role.
